7. Removing any items belonging to the house from the property is not allowed.
8. Keep doors closed while the A/C is on, and turn it off when leaving the apartment, help us keep the A/C units running smoothly by using them with care.
9. Report any damages immediately.

Important Notices.-
1.- Filtered Water Notice: Although the water in the apartment passes through proper filtration systems, it is NOT suitable for drinking. For your convenience, we'll provide some purified drinking water to get you started during your stay.


2.- Internet & Electricity: We offer the best available internet service in Tulum; however, connectivity may not be as consistent as in major cities. Power outages, though rare, can occur without warning as electricity is provided by CFE (Mexico’s electric utility). We’re happy to assist if any issue arises.


3.- Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as flight delays, medical needs, or weather-related disruptions.
